We process the data you provide voluntarily in the contact form: your full name, email address, an optional phone number, your planned budget, and the content of your message.

If you use the AI chat and ask us to send the conversation, we process your email address and the content of the conversation transcript. Technically, we may also process your IP address and basic HTTP request data to secure the forms and the chat and to limit abuse.

We process data from the contact form and email correspondence in order to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, or carry out communication prior to entering into a contract. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest or steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

We process AI chat data in order to provide responses within the conversation and, if you request it, to send the transcript to Oskar before further contact. We process technical data and IP addresses for the purpose of website security and protection against spam and abuse.

We run Google Analytics 4 only after you have given consent to analytics cookies. You can withdraw your consent through the cookie settings in the site footer.

We use tools necessary for the operation of the website: Vercel for hosting, Resend for handling email messages, Upstash Redis for anti-spam rate limits, Google Analytics 4 for analytics after consent, and OpenAI/Vercel AI SDK for operating the AI chat when the chat is active.

Data may be processed by technology providers outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we rely on the mechanisms provided for under the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by the provider.

We retain form messages and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, conduct business discussions, carry out the engagement, and protect against potential claims.

We retain technical data used for anti-spam rate limits for the duration of the limit or in accordance with the provider's configuration. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained in accordance with the GA4 account settings.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without your name, email, and the content of your message we cannot respond to your inquiry. The phone number and budget are optional.
